About me

Strategy got me in the door.
Building is what kept me up at night.

01
Where it started

I studied Chemical Engineering at IIT Delhi, not because I wanted to make chemicals, but because it was one of the hardest things I could do. It taught me how to think rigorously about complex systems. That instinct, finding the underlying structure in a messy problem, has followed me everywhere since.

Along the way I worked on medical imaging research at NUS Singapore, using super-resolution techniques to improve fetal heart diagnosis. My first real taste of technology that actually mattered.

02
Learning the craft of strategy

I joined Boston Consulting Group out of college and spent three years learning how large organisations make decisions, and why they so often get them wrong. I worked across technology, healthcare, and private equity. Helped a government map healthcare coverage for an entire state. Built market models that shaped $65M investment decisions.

BCG made me sharp. But over time I realised I was most alive when I was closest to the product, when strategy wasn't a deck but something you could actually click on.

03
Getting closer to the build

I moved to Ola Group to be inside the machine. As part of the CPO's office at Krutrim, I coordinated the launch of Ola Maps, a native alternative to Google Maps, drove voice navigation in 7 Indic languages, and explored AI chips for edge devices.

Then I joined HireQuotient as Head of Product, a small fast team building AI-led recruitment tools. Led product managers and engineers to ship features that moved real numbers: 20% lift in qualified pipeline, faster time-to-hire, new revenue streams. For the first time, I owned the full arc from problem to product to outcome.

04
Now

I'm at Harvard Business School doing my MBA, deliberately stepping back to think bigger. I'm interested in how AI changes the shape of products, not as a buzzword, but as a genuine shift in what's possible to build and for whom.

I'm also building things on the side, because reading and thinking only takes you so far.
